Three schoolteachers were suspended in Dera Ismail (DI) Khan for uploading political and anti-state posts on social media, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

DI Khan District Education Officer (DEO) Masarrat Hussain Baloch suspended the schoolteachers, and she also wrote to the director education for an action against a senior school teacher (SST).

Gulzar Ahmed of a primary school and Inamullah Rahmani Khel and Izhar Ahmed of a higher secondary school were suspended for uploading political posts on social media.

The DEO also wrote to the director education for an action against SST Ramazan Dhalla of a higher secondary school.

It is to be noted here that these days the teachers, who are violating the discipline by uploading political posts on social media, are under secret surveillance.

The public circles have appreciated that the DEO has given a good message by taking an action against the teachers involved political activities on social media.

The official sources have also said that a disciplinary action will be taken against any teacher or government official who participates in politics on social media in future.
