Covid infection rate drops in Pakistan

The number of Covid infections has dropped across the country as 28 cases were reported with no fatality during the last 24 hours, showed the data released by the National Institute of Health (NIH) on Monday morning, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to the NIH data, the death toll in the country remained the same at 30,652 whereas the number of total infections now soared to 1,580,153 after adding the fresh 28 cases.

During the last 24 hours, 3,105 tests were conducted throughout Pakistan whereas the positivity ratio stood at 0.90%. The number of patients in critical care stood at 10.
