No one will be allowed to sabotage peace in Balochistan, say ministers

Categorically stating that there was now zero tolerance for terrorism, Balochistan Minister for Health Bakht Kakar said on Thursday that none would be allowed to disturb the peace of the province, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Speaking at a joint press conference along with other provincial ministers in Quetta, he also made it clear that no one would be allowed to malign Pakistan as well as the Baloch people.
Senior Balochistan Minister Mir Sadiq Imrani, while accusing Balochistan National Party (BNP) Chairman Sardar Akhtar Mengal of supporting the terrorists, asked him to mind his language. “Akhtar Mengal sab! You are the enemy of Baloch people,” he said aloud.
“We are not afraid of terrorists,” the minister said, and added, “However, we are ready to sit and talk to those who believe in democracy.”
Imrani further said that President Asif Ali Zardari’s sister Faryal Talpur and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz spent time in jails. “But we gave sacrifices. And did not retreat,” he added.
“It would be better if Mengal works for the betterment of the people of Balochistan and Pakistan.”
