Chairperson of Peace and Culture Organization and wife of Kashmiri leader Yasin Malik Mushaal Hussein Mullick raised the voice for Occupied Valley Kashmiris' rights on World Human Rights Day observed on Saturday.
In a video message, she said that the right to self-determination is the most powerful universal right in the world.
“Especially after the 20th century, when the world witnessed after WWII that there was a strong urge and force demanding independence of all the colonies under the British, Spanish, French, Dutch, and Protégées. What a great tragedy that the highest occupation in the world the Indian Army has occupied a defenseless and unarmed nation—the Kashmiri nation for over 70 years. “
She said that the only planet of every Kashmiri is that they are human beings that would be used as the weapon of war.
“I ask the world, do we have to pay the price, for being human beings (in Occupied Kashmir),” she said.
