Three robbers were killed in an encounter with police in Karachi on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

The incident took place at Gulberg Block 12 area of Karachi after the Karachi police have girded up their lions against street criminals.

The accused entered a house with the intention of committing a robbery, according to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Malik, and residents of the area informed the police which resulted in an exchange of firing which led to the death of three robbers.
