Feroz alleges Alizey not ‘financially stable’, kids custody verdict due on Oct 20th

October 10, 2022 11:13 AM

Lollywood Feroz Khan requested the court to grant him custody of the children and alleged that his wife Syeda Alizey Sultan was not financially stable.

Feroz Khan and Alizey Sultan got married in 2018 through an arranged marriage. The couple’s marriage has gone through many hiccups in four years.

The pair parted ways this year and Aliza Sultan broke the news on social media and accused Feroz Khan of physical abuse and infidelity.

Actor Feroz Khan filed a petition in family court seeking visitation rights and custody of his children afterward.

According to Feroz Khan’s lawyer, the lady was not obedient to his husband. He further argued that the actor cannot leave his children at her mercy because she is a ‘careless’ lady.

The counsel also maintained that the actor has every legal right to see, meet, and visit his children as well as the right to be granted permanent custody. However, the court has reserved its decision, which will be announced on October 20th.

Following the hearing, the actor was given permission by the court to see his kids. While going through upheavals at a young age, the ex-wife Alizey Shah, on the other hand, is hopeful about the situation and can be seen updating her status on Instagram about bearing the upheavals at such a young age. She later deleted that status.
