PDM finalises schedule of anti-govt events

The opposition alliance, the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) Friday finalized its schedule of anti-government events.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the PDM leadership finalized the schedule in the meeting held here in Islamabad on Friday.

In the meeting, this was decided that the PDM would convene a convention in Islamabad on September 25 and Mufti Mehmood Conference next month on October 14.

After the conference, the PDM would hold public gatherings at Faisalabad and Dera Ismail Khan on October 16 and 31 respectively.

It was also decided in the meeting that after the public meetings in October, the PDM would run a road caravan and then a long march against the government.
