Trains operation to restore partially from Sept 15

Ministry of Railways Saturday announced the restoration and running of 10 passenger trains as the effects of flood have seemingly subsided, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

As the restoration and rehabilitation of the flood stricken areas and resources commenced, the Railways also restored 10 passenger trains from Peshawar to Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan and Rohri.

According to the sources, all the trains will be functional from the 15th of September, 2022.

The Khyber Mail Express will run from Peshawar to Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Rohri and then back to Peshawar.

The Rehman Baba Express Express will run from Peshawar to Rawalpindi via Faisalabad, Rohri and then to Peshawar.

The Karachi Express will follow the Lahore to Rohri to Lahore route while the Tezgam Express will follow the Rawalpindi to Rohri to Rawalpindi route.
