Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has said that former prime minister Imran Khan did not come into power suddenly, adding that he was implanted by a proper plan.
While addressing the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) workers’ convention in Sialkot, the minister said that Khan has ruined the economy of the country.
He said the PML-N government is striving to bring the economy back to track. “We will put the country back on the way leading to flourishment,” he added.
He said that the media trial of PML-N leaders was conducted to defame them. He mentioned that the British publication “Daily Mail” apologized to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif over its fake news story against the premier.
The minister said that a fake case was lodged against Rana Sanaullah and he faced the hardships of detention but finally he was declared innocent.
Khawaja Asif said that Khan is a self-centered person. He said Khan is a big thief, adding that he did corruption through Toshakhana. How will he answer the selling of watches, he questioned.
He said that bringing Khan into power was the worst experiment.
Marriyum dubs Imran Khan political terrorist

“A thief of Toshakhana levels allegations against Nawaz Sharif,” she castigated.
She also blamed Imran Khan for campaigning against the martyrs.
“Nawaz Sharif developed Punjab; Imran Khan ruined it,” she deplored.
“Nawaz Sharif was serving the people, not abusing anyone,” she added.
