Three bandits were killed while six outlaws were arrested in the ongoing police op in the Kacha area, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Tuesday
The operation entered the third day. Additional IG South Punjab Maqsoodul Hasan, DIG CTD Ghafar Qaisrani and RPO Bahawalpur Rai Babar Saeed visited the area and reviewed the overall situation.
The police advanced towards Kacha Karachi and Kacha Hyderabad and cleared hundreds of acres of land.
The hideouts of the bandits were destroyed. The lawmen have reiterated their resolve to purge the criminal out and established the state writ in the area.
