IHC annuls in-camera proceedings of Cipher Case against Imran Khan

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Thursday issued the verdict in the Cypher Case against former Prime Minister Imran Khan and others and declared the in-camera proceedings null and void.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, IHC Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb annulled the December 14 order of the special court regarding in-camera proceedings of the Cipher case.
It is worth mentioning that on December 14, the Official Secret Act Special Court had issued an order for in-camera proceedings of the Cipher case.
In the decision, IHC Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb said that all the in-camera proceedings of the Cipher case after December 14 are illegal.
Now, the trial of Imran Khan and others in the Cipher Case will be held in an open court.
