Airblue to resume flight operation from today

Private airline Airblue on Friday announced that it was resuming its flight operation from today (Saturday), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Airblue management had completely stopped its air operations due to the coronavirus pandemic in March.
Initially, four flights daily will be operated between Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.

In the next phase, from Karachi flights between Multan and Peshawar will also be resumed.
An Airblue spokesperson said that temporary re-checking of Airblue grounded planes have also been started.
“Airblue will be strictly adhering to social distance SOPs on domestic flights and passengers will be fully informed of the travel advisory issued by Civil Aviation Authority,” the spokesperson said.
