DIG Waqar Chauhan appointed NAB Director General

DIG Waqar Ahmed Chauhan has been appointed Director General of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.
A notification issued by Establishment Division on Friday reads Chairman NAB Lt Gen retired Nazir Ahmed Butt has appointed DIG Waqar Ahmed Chauhan,(BS20), as director general of the NAB with immediate effect until further orders. He is an officer of the Police Service of Pakistan and presently serving in FIA.
