Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced the launch of direct flights from Lahore to Baku, starting from April 20, 2025, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel on Sunday.
According to the national carrier, the airline will operate two weekly flights on this route, scheduled for Sundays and Wednesdays.
This new air route is expected to significantly enhance bilateral tourism and strengthen trade ties between Pakistan and Azerbaijan. With Lahore serving as a major hub, PIA aims to provide seamless connectivity to travellers looking to explore the cultural and commercial prospects of Baku.
