PDM long march to oust 'puppet PM': Bilawal

Pakistan People’s Party Chairman and PDM leader Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that time has gone for the dialogue with the government. He announced holding long march to oust the “puppet prime minister.”
Addressing the Pakistan Democratic Movement rally in Lahore on Sunday, the PPP chairman said that selected government would have to go home. In the past, he said, selectors made government of their choices. Now this should be ended, he added.
“Selectors have to accept the decision of public. There is no other option left for them. Now long march will be held to oust the selected government. We will reach Islamabad to snatch resignation from the “puppet PM.” We will move to Islamabad and send the “puppet PM” out of power. We have given blood to the democracy in this country. We will restore real democracy in Pakistan,” said Bilawal.

Bilawal said the PDM leadership forgot all their differences and get united on one stage to challenge the “puppet PM” and his selectors. He said PDM struggle was not for the power but it was for roti, kapra and makan.
The PPP chairman said that rulers did not come to power with the vote of public. The current leadership was selected to rule the country.
He said that a “puppet” ruler was imposed in Punjab as well. He said that he talked about NFC Award and would also talk about the Punjab province. He said rulers did not feel for the poor. He said that the “fake government” would have to go.
Former and current Leader of Opposition in National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif and Khursheed Shah were ion jail. He demanded immediate release of both the leaders. He said today doctors, teachers, nurses and other segment of society take to the street for their rights. PDM expressed solidarity with all the protesting people.
“The PDM is being received warmly across the country. Fake government has nothing to show except issuing threats to opposition leaders. We did not afraid of such tactics,” he added.
The PPP chairman thanked all the PDM leadership and Lahorites for holding a good show in the provincial capital. He said that Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto laid foundation of the PPP in Lahore. He said Benazir Bhutto also stood firm against dictator Ziaul Haq in 1986 in Lahore. He said that PPP Lahore workers laid their lives for democracy. Jahangir Badr and many other party workers faced hardships and did not surrender before the dictatorship.
