New PIA ticket prices, policy unveiled by Pakistan Embassy in Saudi Arabia

Embassy of Pakistan in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, has announced a new special flight ticket policy for expatriate Pakistanis.

As per the new policy, tickets can now be obtained through the PIA office, authorised travel agents, the PIA website and the PIA application.

“You do not need to visit the Embassy of Pakistan (Riyadh) or the Jeddah Consulate to get a ticket,” the embassy said in a tweet.

The Embassy said that the passengers would not have to visit the embassy to get the tickets.

According to the new policy, fares have been fixed.

For an economy class ticket 1,961 Saudi riyals and for Economy Special ticket 2,182 Saudi Riyals have been fixed from any city of Saudi Arabia to Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Faisalabad and Multan.

The Pakistan government has arranged special flights to bring back the Pakistani nationals from the Middle East amid the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.
