A Station House Officer (SHO) of Defence police station, Lahore, turned out to be a real thug when he put the staff of a restaurant behind the bars on asking for food bill from his guests, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
Reportedly, SHO Sheikh Hammad didn’t like the courage of the staff of a restaurant situated in Defence Phase VI area of Lahore who dared ask the former’s guests to foot the bill of their meal.
Infuriated, the SHO arrested the staff of the restaurant and put them behind the bars.
But this time around, lady luck didn’t seem to be in favour of the SHO as Punjab IGP Inam Ghani took notice of the thuggery of SHO Hammad.
IG Punjab Inam Ghani have taken notice of the Johnny and Jugnu restaurant incident and have suspended the SHO Defence C and the staff of the police station involved. No one is allowed to take law into his own hands. Injustice will not be tolerated. All of them will be punished.
