Dairy farms, entry of unregistered rickshaws banned in Quetta

Metropolitan Corporation Quetta has banned dairy farms and cattle farms in all the 58 wards of the city, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
According to Administrator Quetta Metropolitan Corporation no new cattle or dairy farms will be allowed to be established in urban areas.
Contrary to the court order, 15 days have been given to transfer the farms established in the last two years, the administrator said.
After the prescribed time, the district administration, police and MCQ seal such forms, administrator ordered.
Meanwhile, entry and sale of new unregistered auto-rickshaws and motorcycle trolleys has been banned within city limits.
According to official orders, this step was taken to control the increasing number of auto rickshaws and motorcycle trolleys in the city.
Illegal rickshaws and motorcycle trolleys are causing severe traffic problems, text of official orders says.
Commissioner Quetta ordered that the police officers posted on the entrance roads should seize illegal and unregistered new auto-rickshaws and motorcycle trolleys.
