Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) failed to take any action against powerful bootie mafia as matric examination turned commercial and now anybody can obtain a paper on WhattsApp prior to its start just after paying Rs800 in Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
Sources said that annual examination paper was sold during midnight after paying Rs800 in Karachi. No body dare to take any action in this regard against accused.

Credible reports were received from where bootie mafia freely helping students to solve chemistry subject paper through WhattsApp group.
Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sheheed Benazirabad staff miserably failed to take action.
Reports from Shaikirpur said chemistry paper of 9th class is also available on social media, while students are facing lot of difficulty due to electricity disruption and non-availability of clean water.
Reports said that different vigilance teams formed by Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Shaheed Benazirabad only paying visits to examination hall symbolically.
Despite imposition of Section 144 no body dare to stop cheating while load-shedding is also continued in the area.
