Pakistani expats in Saudi Arabia hold ceremony to celebrate Independence Day

Pakistanis community in Jeddah on Sunday held a colorful event in connection with celebrations of Pakistan Independence Day, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.
A large number of men and women participated in the Independence Day celebrations organized by the youth organization “Pakban” in the coastal city of Saudi Arabia. in the coastal city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Social Welfare Attaché of Pakistan Consulate Abdul Rauf and social workers Nasr Iqbal and Sameera Aziz also participated in the ceremony.
Famous singers Farhan NTF and Naeem Sindhi enthralled the participants with their folk and national anthems.
The participants showed their love for the country by hoisting the Pakistani flags.
Pakban also awarded prizes to Pakistani journalists based in Saudi Arabia, including YouTubers, TikTokers, and people working as social workers.
On behalf of Pakban, Imran Siddiqui, Yahya Ashfaq, Khadija Malik, Qasim Hanif, and Syed Kashif said that Independence Day is the day of our freedom and recognition. “We have to play our role in the development and prosperity of Pakistan and encourage our youth so that they can move ahead with passion because only the youth can take Pakistan forward.

At the end of the event, the participants cut an Independence Day cake also.
