Prime Minister Imran Khan Monday welcomed back students to educational institutes as Pakistan starts phase-wise opening of schools, colleges and universities from Tuesday (September 15).
In a tweet, Prime Minister Imran Khan said: “We will welcome millions of children back to school tomorrow (Tuesday) and its government's priority and collective responsibility is every child goes to school safely to get knowledge.”
The Prime Minister said the government has made special arrangements to bring teaching activities in schools in line with public health regulations with reference to COVID-19.

Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mehmood announced on Monday that educational institutions across the country will reopen in phases starting September 15 after the hiatus of nearly six months.
As per the schedule, universities, colleges and classes 9-12 to resume on September 15, classes 6-8 to return on September 23 after a review, primary schools to reopen on September 30 in last phase and strength of students in classes to be halved
