The City42 has marked its 15th birthday. Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi cut the cake to mark the event.

Expressing his views, Mohsin Naqvi heaped praise on his team for making it a success.

He said the channel has not only been highlighting public issues but also playing its part in finding out their solutions.

Senior journalists Salim Bukhari and Naveed Chaudhary, Mian Tahir, Khurram Kaleem, Syed Zainul Abiddin, Zahid Chaudhry, Shaheen Atiq, Ali Khan, Aamir Dar, Malik Ashraf, Irfan Malik, Shahid Sipra, Ali Muslim Sahi, Junaid Riaz Wasim and workers were present on the occasion

Fifteen years ago, City 42 was launched with the mission to air every news of Lahore and play its due role in building the nation.

It has been covering stories related to politics, and religion and has become a voice of the underprivileged, oppressed and the poor too.

In its 15-year journey, City 42 also brought to light the fact against all the odds.
