Murad, Opp Leader to hold last round of talks today for reaching consensus on interim CM

Last sitting between Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and Leader of the Opposition in the Sindh Assembly Rana Ansar for the selection of province’s caretaker chief minister will be held today, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
Both will present their names at the meeting.
Besides that, both will also discuss the formation of entire caretaker setup.
Rana is likely to present names of candidates from her own party Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) besides Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F).
She is likely to insist on the nomination of each of these persons namely Younus Dagha, Shoaib Siddiqui, Fazlullah Qureshi and Rehmatullah Jaffery.
Despite meeting twice in this connection, both Rana and Murad have failed to develop a consensus on the issue.
And in the event of their failure to reach an agreement, the matter will be referred to a parliamentary committee, which will be bound to make the nomination within two days.
Sindh chief minister and the opposition leader had also met yesterday but failed to agree on the name of their joint candidate.
