Hailstorm in twin cities may delay Multan Sultans vs Islamabad United clash

After enduring a spell of intense heat, residents of Rawalpindi and Islamabad experienced a welcome change in weather as heavy rainfall and hailstorms hit various parts of the twin cities on Wednesday. 

However, the downpour raised concerns about potential disruptions to the schedule of the PSL 10 match between Multan Sultans and Islamabad United, set to take place at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium at 8.00 PM tonight.

According to the latest weather forecasts, the rain is expected to subside well before the 8:00 PM kickoff, allowing the match to proceed as planned.​

Ground staff at the stadium are on high alert, prepared to address any water pooling on the field to ensure optimal playing conditions.

Their swift response will be crucial in mitigating any residual effects of the rain and maintaining the integrity of the pitch.
