Former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has flayed the PTI government for its failure to deliver.
Speaking during the 24NewsHD TV channel programme, DNA, the PML-N leader said the former government kept power tariff controlled at Rs2 per unity in its five-year-term but the same reached Rs30 per unit in the PTI’s three-and-a-half years rule.

The PML-N government fixed sugar price at Rs52 per kg, he said, adding that inflation continues unabated in the present government.
He questioned if the PTI government has taken steps to give a boost to export. He said it did nothing to introduce new projects and the Benazir Income Support Programme is named as Ahsas Programme of PTI. “We did all such projects but they have been taking credit, ” he said.
