Punjab, Sindh CMs decide to launch joint operation against criminals in Kacha

Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi and his Sindh counterpart Maqbool Baqir have decided to launch a joint operation against the criminals of Kacha area in the winter, reported 24NewsHD TV channel
This was decided after a detailed discussion on the operation in Kacha in the meeting between the Chief Ministers of Sindh and Punjab on Wednesday.
The chief ministers agreed that the joint operation will be launched the robbers after the decrease of water level in River Indus.
The Chief Ministers also agreed that the operation will begin as soon as the preparations of the IGs of Sindh, Punjab and Balochistan are completed.
Necessary weapons have been arranged for the joint operation in Kacha, said Chief Minister Sindh.
The spokesperson said that the price of sugarcane in Sindh and Punjab was also discussed in the meeting.
Punjab CM Muhsin Naqvi said that we have fixed the sugarcane price at Rs400 per maund.
However, CM Sindh Maqbool Baqir said that after deliberation, we have fixed the price of sugarcane at Rs425 because sugarcane cultivation in Sindh costs more than Punjab.
Discussions were also held between the two Chief Ministers on various projects of Karachi.
Punjab CM said that Lahore Development Authority team will visit Karachi soon. The LDA team will meet the concerned officers of KDA and KMC.
