2,500 members of Tableeghi Jamaat test negative for corona

Very good news came from Sindh on Friday as coronavirus tests of 2,500 members of Tableeghi Jamaat came negative.
These members of the Tableeghi Jamaat were kept at quarantine centres in different districts of Sindh for 14 days. Now as a precautionary measure they will also need to spend another 14 days in isolation at their houses after which the deputy commissioners of the respective districts will issue clearance certificates to them.

The 437 members of the Tableeghi Jamaat whose tests came positive are under treatment at different quarantine centres.
No Bachat Bazaars
Meanwhile, the Sindh agriculture minister announced on Friday that the provincial government has decided not to arrange any Ramazan Bachat Bazaars this year.
The minister said the step was taken for the safety of the citizens. “The supply of vegetables and fruits from markets to the shops and stalls will be ensured,” the minister added.
The minister further said during Ramazan citizens can buy vegetables and fruits online on government fixed rates.
