Justice seems to have become a far cry as four members of a same family who were complainants in different cases have been taken out one by one with the latest one killed on Friday in Batar area in Kharian, leaving a big question mark on the performance of local police, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
The residents of the area protested against the murders of four complainants belonging to a same family.
The latest murder was committed of local trader Lala Azam in Batar area in the precincts of Kikrali police station.
Police failed to arrest any of the killer of these murders.
The residents announced to hold a protest against police.
However, police assured them of the early arrest of the accused.
