Traffic licensing system collapsed in Punjab

Due to the negligence of the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), the licensing system of the traffic police collapsed in Punjab.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, due to collapsing the system, the licensing process has stopped all over Punjab province.
Due to the shutdown of the DLIMS system, the learner, driving license and renewal process suffered delays.
The channel report said the system has not yet been fixed by PITB.
