Pakistani heartthrob Hamza Ali Abbasi said he aspires to be a true gentleman like his character ‘Shehram’ from his current drama serial ‘Jaan-e-Jahan’.
During an interview, when the actor appeared at a premiere night, he was asked if Shehram is ‘too gentle’ to be called an alpha male.
The actor retaliated by saying, “Alpha males are supposed to be gentle. They are supposed to be the most gentle people, especially towards their women and families.”
Abbasi said his character Shehram in ‘Jaan-e-Jahan’ which has been winning hearts is like alpha males.
“Shehram is the true gentleman probably kinder than how it should be. But on a serious note, I believe in the fact that Allah always favors those who are good to others.
Upon being called an alpha male like his character, Abbasi added, “Shehram is and I aspire to be one. I hope so I am.”

Hamza is so Shahram-coded in real life. So proud of him, the way he is annihilating this entire narrative of aggressive, angry, arrogant, obsessive men portrayed in our dramas as ideal Male Leads. The ones who slap women, abduct them and make their lives a living hell in the name of love. It's not love but a mere selfish obsession.
