More than 100 tola gold and 50,000 Canadian dollars were allegedly stolen from a private bank locker in Multan, 24News HD TV Channel reported on Wednesday.
According to the channel report, the owner of the locker Haji Manzoor claimed that he had kept gold and dollars in a private bank locker a year ago, which is no longer there now.
Haji Manzoor registered a complaint in ZB police station Multan and told about the dacoity with him.
Police officials visited the bank and started investigation as per the statement of the affected person.
According to Multan police, there was no tampering with the citizen's locker.
