Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon said that Imran Khan has nothing to do with the country and its people, rather he is a fanatic whose agenda is to create instability and uncertainty in the country, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
He said that all blackmailing tactics of Imran Khan have failed and he will face humiliation once again.
The people of Sindh and Balochistan provinces want elections on time, and Pakistan does not need anarchy in the name of politics but a wider consensus is needed, Memon said in a statement.
He lambasted Imran Khan’s daily video press conferences and called them nothing but a mere attempt to spread economic and political chaos.
If Imran Khan is interested, he should dissolve the assemblies of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa today, what is he waiting for, he remarked sarcastically.
He added that the speaker National Assembly had issued notices to all PTI members in June to confirm their resignations but none of the PTI lawmaker appeared before the speaker for conformation, adding that signatures of several MNAs do not match with the muster roll as per the information of the National Assembly Secretariat.
“Police stations are being attacked in KPK while the chief minister of the province is busy fulfilling Imran Khan’s nonpolitical adventures,” he castigated.
“Imran Khan has sunken the country’s economy and whatever is left, he wants to destroy that too, he continued.”
He then maintained that the Sindh government will complete its five-year term.
