Sindh CM Murad says PPP not in favour of banning political party

Making it clear that the PPP was not in the favour of banning a political party, Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Syed Murad Ali Shah said on Wednesday that at the same PTI ought to think that its conduct was unbecoming of a political party, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Speaking to the media in Hyderabad, the CM said it was due to the stubbornness on the part of PTI leaders that their party found itself in the position it was presently in.
He said he had come to the city to inspect the arrangements made for the security of Muharram processions.
He said he was satisfied with the arrangements made for the occasion. “I will return to Karachi today, sit in the control room to monitor the movement of processions,” he said, adding, “I pray to the Almighty Allah for peace and harmony during the ongoing month.”
The chief minister expressed the hope that the government, the law-enforcement agencies would together eliminate terrorism from the country.
Murad said that since Balochistan was a small province, the Sindh government always looked after its interests. "I had asked the chief engineer of the province to appoint his own man as a chief engineer of the barrage. We will do all we can to protect the barrage from damage.
