Sepoy martyred during terrorist attack on checkpost in NW

A sepoy was martyred when terrorists attacked a security forces post in Spinwam area ofNorth Waziristan.

According to an Inter Services Public relations statement, a security forces post in Spinwam came under terrorists fire.

Troops initiated a prompt response and effectively engaged the terrorists' location.

During intense exchange of fire, Sepoy Saifullah embraced Shahadat. The 25-years-old Sepoy Saifullah was a resident of Karak.

Area clearance is being carried out to eliminate any terrorists found in the area, said the ISPR statement.
