Jazeela Aslam appointed SC’s first female registrar

The Supreme Court (SC) on Sunday notified Sessions Judge Okara Jazeela Aslam as the first female registrar of the Supreme Court (SC), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The notification also read that the Lahore High Court (LHC) had handed over the services of Jazeela to the SC.
Hitherto, Additional and Sessions Judge Abdur Razzaq was working as the registrar of the apex court.
His services had been returned to the LHC a week ago.
