Contempt of Court issue: LHC dismisses Farah Gogi’s petition

Lahore High Court (LHC) has dismissed Bushra Bibi’s friend Farah Gogi’s petition for contempt of court challenging concerned authorities were not excluding names of her children from the Exit Control List (ECL), reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
In the light of the response of the Federal Secretary of Interior and DG Passport, the petition for contempt of court was dismissed by LHC.
Justice Risal Hasan Syed heard the contempt of court petition of Faraz Iqbal and Iman Iqbal.
