Khyber police's 150 years old uninform changed

As part of reforms initiated by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Inspector General, Khyber Police on Monday started wearing the proper police uniform, pants and shirt, instead of the traditional Shalwar Qamees.

Khyber District Police Officer Mazhar Iqbal said that this day will be remembered as a milestone in the history of the district. He said that 150 years old police uniform was discarded today and a new uniform was adopted today. He said that Khyber Police will be wearing proper uniform like other provinces.
