Bollywood actress Rani Mukerji's first look from her upcoming movie 'Mardaani 3' has been unveiled.

The lady is playing the role of a fearless cop while her name in the film is Shivani Roy.

Fans are super excited to watch the movie as soon as possible.

Yas Raj Films took to their official Instagram page and shared the first look of Rani. She can be seen wearing a black shirt, paired with blue denim and black boots, holding a gun and pointing it towards the camera. Along with the poster, the makers also revealed the release date of the film.

The film is scheduled to release on February 27, 2026, right before Holi, promising a gripping clash between justice and evil.

"The countdown begins for #Mardaani3! On Holi, good will fight evil as Shivani Shivaji Roy returns to the big screen on February 27, 2026", the caption reads.

Rani is all set to take on yet another dark and intense fight for justice. The third part of Mardaani is expected to be even more gripping and hard-hitting than the previous two.

Rani had earlier shared how close the franchise is to her heart. In 2024, she spoke about how proud she feels to represent the women of the Indian police force through Shivani’s character. She called Mardaani a franchise that keeps giving, thanks to the continued love and support from the audience. She also said it’s been a while since she wore the cop uniform, and she’s excited to return to the big screen with this powerful role.

The film is directed by Abhiraj Minawala, with a script by Aayush Gupta. Produced by Aditya Chopra, the plot is currently being kept under wraps, leaving fans excited. Mardaani stands as Hindi cinema’s most successful solo female-led franchise, earning both commercial success and critical acclaim.

The internet couldn't keep calm after the release of the first look. One of the comments read, "This one franchise is far, far better than all Salman and Ranbir movies." Another wrote, "Wow, what a look. Rani is slaying it and how." A third comment read, "She is brutal this time. My Rani is back." Another fan added, "Rani ain’t playing. Criminals better take early retirement."
