Dollar rises again in exchange market after two days of slight decline

The value of the US dollar in the exchange market saw an increase today after a slight decline over the past two days, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Wednesday.
According to currency dealers, on the third business day of the week, the dollar's value in the interbank market rose by 11 paisas, bringing the rate to Rs278.45.
During the recent months, the Pakistani currency had largely been around Rs277-279 against the US dollar as traders have an eye on some strong positive indicators.
Last time in this month on August 2, the Pakistani rupee scored a marginal gain against the US dollar in the interbank market, appreciating by 0.09 per cent in the opening session.
According to the forex dealers, the local currency strengthened by 26 paisas against the greenback and was currently being traded at Rs278.40.
