Passports can be renewed online now

The federal government has decided to make the renewal of passports online, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
Quoting its sources, the TV channel reported that now the people would be able to get their passports renewed online courtesy joint efforts made by the immigration and passport and the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).
They disclosed that fee for the purpose had not been decided as yet. And once the fee was decided, the project would be formally launched, sources concluded.
