Ban on transfer of college mentors lifted

The Higher Education Department (HED) has lifted the ban on the transfer of college mentors in Punjab, 24News HD TV Channel reported on Tuesday.
The teaching staff of the colleges across the province of Punjab including Lahore will now be able to transfer to their favourite institute. 
As per the report, the HED has said that online applications for transfer could be submitted from Thursday, June 23, 2022, to July 10, 2022.
According to the HED, the college administrations can upload their data on the vacant seats of the teaching staff in their institutes till June 22, 2022.
The HED also said that all the transfer orders will be made after the verification of the documents of the candidates who will submit applications.
Pertinent to mention here that the transfers of the teaching staff of colleges in Punjab was banned for the past year.
