Three FIA officers suspended over incompetency

Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Director Shehzad Nadeem Bukhari has suspended three officers over poor performance, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
According to sources, the FIA Director Shehzad Nadeem Bukhari also issued show-cause notice to two officers.
The sources in the FIA said that the FIA Director expressed his anger at the absence of officers during his surprise visit to the FIA office.
The officer who has recommendation of the governor of Punjab for optional placement was also suspended.
Three officers including Nadeem Awan are among those suspended.
Show cause notice issued to Deputy Director Anti-Corruption Afzal Niazi and Bilal Abbasi.
The Director FIA directed the officers should be present in the offices. He said a record should be kept of the persons called by notice.
