Lahore’s Children Hospital adds 36 beds in emergency ward on Punjab CM’s order

On the orders of Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi, 36 beds have been added within 48 hours to Children’s Hospital emergency ward, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the hospital late at Thursday night and during his visit he appreciated the immediate steps to increase the number of beds.
He said in this regard that addition in number of beds will help to improve treatment facilities.
Punjab Chief Minister also visited the children under treatment and inquired about the facilities in the hospital from the relatives of the patients.
On the woman's complaint, Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi instructed to conduct an immediate MRI test of the child.
On the occasion the Chief Minister Punjab ordered to improve sanitation arrangements in the child ward.
The CM also ordered to compile a record of unloaded old ACs, furniture and other equipments.
During his visit Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi expressed displeasure at the presence of 3 children on one bed in the new children ward.
