Islamabad Court issues production orders for Imran Khan, Qureshi in Azadi March case

A civil judge of the District and Sessions Courts Islamabad
Friday issued production orders for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Founder Imran Khan and senior leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi in the Azadi March vandalism case.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Civil Judge Mureed Abbas of District and Sessions Courts Islamabad heard the case of Azadi March vandalism against the founder of PTI, Shah Mahmood Qureshi and others.
PTI Lawyers Sardar Muhammad Masruf, Naeem Haider Panjhotha and others appeared in the civil judge's court.
A case of vandalism during the PTI's Azadi March has been registered against former premier Imran Khan, Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Ali Nawaz Awan and others in the Karachi police station.
The hearing of the case was adjourned till April 20.
Islamabad court alredy acquits four leaders in Azadi March case
District and Sessions Courts Islamabad acquitted four PTI leaders including Ali Nawaz Awan, Raja Khurram Nawaz, Malik Rafiq and Mian Amjad from the case of violation of Section 144 and Azadi March on Feb 26, 2024 while Islamabad High Court has aslo acquitted the accused Ali Amin Gandapur (Who is now a Cheif Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province) in the same case.
A case was registered against the leaders in Islamabad Margalla police station.
