Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif is likely to have a meeting with his younger brother Shehbaz Sharif in Turkey, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.  

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will be leaving for a three-day visit to Ankara on Thursday, November 24.  

On the other hand, Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz supremo Nawaz Sharif along with his family members are on a five-nation tour of Europe. 

Nawaz Sharif, Hussain Nawaz, Maryam Nawaz, Junaid Safdar and other family members departed from London to Europe on November 21.  During the 10-day trip, the family will visit different European countries.

It is likely that Mian Nawaz Sharif during his trip will join Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Turkey to discuss the current political situation of the country.  

Nawaz Sharif has a diplomatic passport, he will be allowed to stay in Turkey without a visa, sources said. 

As per government sources, during the visit, the Prime Minister will hold meetings with the Turkish leadership, and bilateral trade issues will also be discussed in the meetings. While the Prime Minister will also hold meetings with his Turkish counterpart, and the business community in Turkey. 

The Prime Minister will also participate in the landing ceremony of the ship ready with Pak-Turk cooperation.

According to diplomatic sources, the Prime Minister will inaugurate the frigate built with the cooperation of the Pakistan-Turkish Navy during his visit to Turkey, the frigate will be inaugurated jointly by  Shehbaz and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan had invited Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to visit Turkey.
