Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Syed Mohsin Naqvi on Tuesday took notice of the slow pace of work on some of Lahore’s development projects, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Sources told 24News that the chief minister ordered speeding up work on the CBD Package-II and III.
Similarly, he also showed his annoyance over the fact that work on the LDA Global Village project was yet to begin. “What a pity that both the LDA and the CBD have not even been able to sign an agreement on the project,” he said.
He also ordered the CBD officials to start work on the Ferozepur Link Road and hold consultations with the chief secretary for drawing up a comprehensive plan for starting work on the Y-junction.
