CJP constitutes new bench to hear Quetta Murder Case against Imran Khan

Chief Justice of Supreme Court Umar Atta Bandial constituted a new bench to hear the Quetta Lawyer Murder case on Wednesday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, a three-member special bench headed by the Chief Justice will hear the case tomorrow (Thursday, August 24).
The channel reported that Justice Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi and Justice Jamal Khan Mandukhel will be part of the three members' bench.
The Supreme Court has already given a stay order about the arrest of Chairman PTI in the murder case.
The last hearing of the case was held on August 9 by a three-member bench headed by Justice Yahya Afridi.
Justice Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi and Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi were part of the bench.
Amanullah Kunrani, the lawyer of the deceased Abdul Razzaq Shar, had raised an objection on the bench in the previous hearing.
The channel reported that an objection was raised against Justice Mazahir Naqvi and Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi's presence on the bench.
