PCB chief seeks plan to increase board’s resources

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has sought a plan to increase the board's resources, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The PCB chairman sought the plan in an important meeting with directors of the board held on Saturday.
In the meeting, Mohsin Naqvi was briefed by all directors about the performance of their departments and related issues.
Talking on the occasion, Mohsin Naqvi instructed a workable plan for revenue generation of PCB should be prepared.
Chairman PCB gave task of compiling a revenue generation plan to Director Marketing, State and Commercial.
He directed the National Cricket Academy has to be improved so that more facilities are available to the players.
Mohsin Naqvi said a comprehensive strategy should be set up at every level for the promotion of cricket.
All efforts should be made to make PCB a leading organization, Mohsin Naqvi said.
In the meeting, suggestions were made to make Pakistan Super League (PSL) more interesting and to start PSL for women cricketers.
All the directors briefed about the affairs of their respective departments.
Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi assured to resolve the board's issues soon.
Chief Operating Officer Salman Naseer and Commissioner of PSL League was also present on this occasion.
