Shots fired at PTI workers in Shikarpur

Unidentified gunmen opened fire on workers of Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf in Shikarpur on Saturday as they were on their way to Punjab en route to Islamabad to participate in November 24 protest rally, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
PTI leader Haleem Adil Sheikh claimed that police stopped various coaches of PTI workers near Qazi Pump who were going to Punjab from Karachi to take part in protest demonstration of PTI.
He said that police arrested their workers and also shifted them to undisclosed location.
Due to closure of Indus Highway long queues of vehicles were witnessed.
