Student tortured by teacher in Arifwala school

A teacher badly tortured a second-grade student with club for not completing homework in a village near Arifwala, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
According to report, the incident of torture by teacher on the 7-year-old student occurred in primary school of village EB-84.
When the parents of the victim child saw the marks of torture on the body of student Samar Ali son of Zulfiqar, they contacted the police for legal action.
However, the police registered a case against teacher after MLC.
